In the price area of $1,000,000 and higher , May had 78 downtown luxury condominiums go under agreement and 34 were contingent waiting upon sign P&S. Downtown Boston also had 65 luxury condos that sold for $1,000,0000 and above. The highest price condo sold for $8,250,000 a penthouse house at Trinity Place in the Back Bay. May had pending sales of $1,000,000, $2,000,000, $3,000,00000, $3,500,000 and last…but certainly not least, $4,250,000.
June is now here and we still have 327 Boston luxury condominiums priced at $1,000,00 or higher. The most expensive is $18,000,000 located on Temple Street.
