- Has the plumbing been updated. If the building used galvanized steel or poly B piping it will typically only last 20 years of age and may require ewpacement.
- How old in the roof. If the rood is asphalt or tar and gravel and is close to 20 yearw old it may require repacement.
- How old in the boiler. A typical boiler lasts from 10 tp 15 years.
- have the balconies been redone. If so how long ago?
- Has the elevator been updated. A typical elevato will last 20-25 years.
